Return Policy – Altitude Performance Research

At Altitude Performance Research, we are committed to providing high-quality products to support your high-altitude experiences. Due to the nature of our supplements and for safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are classified as ingestible supplements, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity upon return, which is why all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Support@AltitudePerformanceResearch.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Cancellations & Order Modifications
